She was sick and had rashes around her skin.She was so behave and timid.And she don’t even bark the whole day and we thought that Coleen is not a dog but she is really a dog a 100% pure breed Shar-pei.<br /><br />My sister who is pregnant with her first child could not handle Nicole anymore because she is expecting a new born baby.She gave it to us with my fiancé, for us to take good care. We sent her at Animal House a hospital for a dog. She was given a check up and a medicine to take.Upon seeing Nicole I did not feel any hesitations for her to be my pet. To tell you honestly I’m afraid of dogs because when I was in grade school I witnessed a childhood friend of mine who was bitten by a stray dog infront of me.<br /><br />I gave a new name to my shar-pei and we call her Coleen sounds like Nicole too, right.We decided to change her name because there is someone in the household of my fiancé who also named Nicol. The shar-pei was a gift for my sister’s wedding.And now my sister with her family stay in Australia.<br /><br />One of the characteristics that I like about coleen is her being friendly to everyone especially if you train them to get along with your family and even with the kids.She is very playful and really a clown in the family.<br /><br />My shar-pei was a blessing to us since we adopted her. She gave an overflowing success with my fiancé business. We are paying now a house and lot from a housing loan program that we choose. I got a life insurance for both of us under an international insurance group.
